Maxmind API integration to block vpn traffic | PHP | API | MySQL | Web API | Web Scraping

I want to block VPN/proxy traffic and also, block certain countries traffic by country code using maxmind API. The details of visitors IP address along with the output details from the maxmind API need to logged in to my database. This is an easy project.
